Kim Wayne's training philosophy is built upon the idea that training is not a cut-and-dry, one-size-fits-all experience and strives to help people understand they are not alone in any training situation. She loves sharing fresh perspectives and methods on how pet owners and their dogs can navigate through their personal challenges. As a trainer, Kim is driven by the bonds and relationships between people and their pets, and so finds the journey to reach training goals and accomplishments as a team incredibly rewarding.
Kim's professional background in the banking industry and her education in interior design have taught her to tailor every training experience to individual needs and build upon human (and dog!) connections. In addition to training her own dogs since 2006, Kim practices agility with other dogs to get a feel for unique breeds and personalities. Her skills in everyday training make her the perfect trainer to troubleshoot training issues and provide creative, positive solutions as well as teach general training to beginners and experienced dog owners alike. Kim's classes have a strong focus on dog manners and life skills.
