By booking your rental space at RCTC, you are agreeing to adhere to all rental policies.

48-hour cancellation notice required or rental fee will be retained.

A key FOB is required for all rentals, as staff is not usually on site during rental times, and may be kept until you no longer plan on renting from RCTC. A $50 security deposit is required per key FOB during your time of use. Once a key FOB is returned, your $50 deposit will be refunded as long as no damage or cleaning fees were incurred and remain unpaid, if applicable. If renting for the first time, your deposit can be secured in the RCTC online shop.

Any breach of RCTC rental policies may result in your key FOB being disabled without notice.

Key FOBs are not to be shared between customers of different households for security reasons.

Responsible use of facilities and equipment is required. Please clean up after any dog(s) you bring to our facility, indoors and outdoors, and yourself or others with you. After moving and using equipment, return all equipment where you found it and in the same condition it was found in. Do not engage in risky/irresponsible behaviors or training activities.

Repeat offenders of irresponsible use of facilities may be charged damage and/or cleaning fees.

Security cameras are installed and active within the building for customer, staff and dog safety.

Individual rentals permit up two people from different households to share a rental time slot for one space, either Turf OR Skills Room, as reserved. You and your shared renter, if applicable, assume all responsibilities and risks during your rental slot, including those related to your dog(s).  If you have more than 2 (two) renters from different households please inquire about group rates.

There is no instruction, Coaching, teaching, or training by a second or third party allowed during Turf OR Skills Room rentals. This includes private lessons, semi private lessons or running classes during a rental. RCTC reserves the right to Invoice violators of this poilcy for damages, time overages and lost revenue.

Members of your direct household may attend and participate in your rental slot. RCTC reserves the right to request same-household verification.

If more than one dog on the course during a Turf rental, each dog on the course must have separate handlers. Any dogs not being run with their handler should be either crated or on-leash with their handler.

Products in the RCTC Retail Store area are for sale and are not for rental use unless purchased.
