DISCLAIMER & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Release of Liability:
I, the undersigned, have enrolled myself and my dog(s) for participation in or accompanying me to events, which may include but are not limited to seminars, workshops, classes, rentals, run thrus, and trials, at Redline Canine and Training Center. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age.

I hereby understand, accept, and assume all risks associated with participation in the above mentioned event, including, but not limited to: the risks of any and all injuries to myself, my dog, and any of my family members or third parties who may attend and any injury or damages that my dog may cause to persons and/or dogs involved in the event. I understand that there are risks to participation including, but not limited to: injuries that may result from slips, falls, collisions, equipment failure, bad decision-making, or inattentive participants.  I understand that unforeseeable accidents may occur and the risk of injury exists. I agree to assume the above risks, and release and hold harmless from all liability, negligence, causes of action, claims, and damages of every kind which may occur during participation in the above mentioned event.

I hereby waive any and all claims or actions I or my guardians, representatives or assigns may have against Redline Canine Training Center or D. Lynne Luckow, and agree to release Redline Canine Training Center or D. Lynne Luckow from liabaility in any or all personal injuries to myself, my dog, children in my charge or harm to property causes directly or indirectly by any acts that might occur in conjunction with my dog training classes or other activities. I also agree to assume sole responsibility for injury or damage caused by myself, children in my charge or by the dog I own or handle in participation in Redline Canine Training Center classes, events and activities and further indemnify, defend and hold Redline Canine Training Center harmless from any damage, loss, liability or expense, including legal costs and attorney fees, which result from damage caused by myself, children in my charge or the dog I own or handle.

Photography/Recording Policy:
I hereby consent to my dog being the subject of the photographs and/or audiovisual recording by Redline Canine and Training Center for educational purposes. I hereby release OneMind Dogs, Redline Canine Training Center, owner D. Lynne Luckow and any sanctioned coaches at Redline Canine Training Center from any and all claims of damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim based on use of the above-described material(s).

Personal videotaping at the event is allowed for personal use only. Participants may post a “highlight reel” to social media with instruction muted/music added over. Participants may not film other participants for their personal use.

Cancellation Policy:

As much as we care about all of our customers and their dogs, and we are extremely pained when we hear of either personal or canine tragedies, our training is a business. We cannot keep running seminars if costs are greater than income and labor expended. We budget and hire instructors for seminars based on being able to fill an exact number of spots. The instructors don't care how many people ultimately attend the seminar - they charge us the same cost no matter what. We had to develop a cancellation policy that takes this into consideration and that treats everyone equally. We do not make exceptions to this policy as it is impossible to judge whether one person's emergency is more important and more deserving of a refund than the next person's. We do the best we can to maintain an active waiting list, but cannot guarantee that there will be a waiting list if you have to cancel.

It is critical you read the following information carefully as there are NO exceptions to our cancellation policy other than being called to active military duty.

Your initial deposit is Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable. Any class, seminar or event cancellation, regardless of reason, forfeits that deposit. A deposit is a contract between RCTC and the patron. The patron is responsible will be invoiced for the balance due should they decide to not attend after putting a monetary deposit in place.

If you cancel your seminar reservation within 30 days of the 1st day of the seminar, the total fees paid will be refunded ONLY IF YOUR SPOT CAN BE FILLED with an eligible participant.

I have read the above cancellation policy and agree to all terms. I understand there no exceptions to the policy regardless of the reason that I cancel my seminar reservation. I understand that cancellation within 30 days of the 1st day of the seminar may result in my receiving NO REFUND if my spot in the seminar cannot be filled from the waiting list.

This release applies to and binds my personal representative, heirs, and my family.  If a member of my family under age 18 or guest accompanies me to the above mentioned event, I make this release on their behalf as well as my own, and I assume responsibility for their safety.

By enrolling in this event, I agree to this waiver voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
